Responsible for value-added member benefits, member recruitment and retention.

Business Advocacy Committee:
Acts as a unified voice for the legislative concerns of the Mansfield-Richland Area business community.
Chair - Deborah Schenk, Mechanics Savings Bank (President)

Minority Business Advocacy Committee:
Works to help increase the opportunities for success of minority owned businesses in the Mansfield-Richland Area.
Chair - Gary Feagin, Owner, Gary D. Feagin Insurance Agency, Inc. (Owner)

Business & Economic Development:
Works with area economic development entities to promote the Mansfield-Richland Area as an excellent place to live, work and do business.

Vice-Chair - Jeff Kent, Swan Cleaners (President) 

Resources:  
Oversees the Chamber's financial records and monitors assets, including the Chamber building. Ensures that the Chamber has the financial, staff and equipment resources to effectively carry out its mission.
